Profit Improvement Plan

A profit improvement program is a process designed to identify and exploit potential profitability hidden within the business. It works on the basis that rather than simply viewing sales revenue as a single line, better insight into where the potential lies can be achieved by breaking it down into where the sales come from, e.g. number of customers, average transaction frequency, average transaction value, etc.
